Harald Rüssel appraised with 18 points in the Gault Milliau and 4,5 F-points and one of the highly desired "Michelinstern" in the Feinschmecker Harald Rüssel is one of the best gourmet chefs in whole germany for years. His rich flavoured cuisine with spices from the whole world and his faible for chocolate and patissery brought him to Luxury Belgian Chocolate for which he created three delicious chocolate recipies.

Since summer 2007 Harald Rüssel is the vice-president of the european section of the Jeunes Restaurateures d'Europe. Today he owns the favourite "Landhaus St. Urban", one of the 100 best restaurants of germany.
